Civil Engineering - Guildford
The Guildford Sewage Treatment Relocation Project is a large heavy civils project in Guildford, Surrey. Whereby a new sewage treatment plant is being constructed on a large landfill site to enable the diversion and demolition of the existing plant to allow for the opportunity of a large residential development to follow in its current position.

We were tasked with the construction of two large scale precast concrete tanks, the Primary Settlement tank and the Activated Sludge Tank on behalf of the client Thames Water and BAM Nuttall.
At the height of the construction DJ Civils had a team of 30 men, 2no 160tn Crawler Cranes, 1no 100tn Telescopic Crawler Crane, 4no Cherry Pickers and 4no Scissor Lifts to complete the works.
