Dan has 19 years’ experience in the construction industry, starting out his career working for a Tier 1 main contractor as an Engineer.
Dan progressed through the ranks to a Contracts Manager before moving on in 2017 to become co-owner of DJ Civils, carrying out the role of a Director.
Dan’s day to day roles focus on Business Development, Client Liaison and Commercial Management.

James became the Co-owner & Director of DJ Civils in 2017, having previously worked his way through the industry from a Trainee Site Engineer to Construction Manager.
James oversees the Estimating, Planning and Operational side of business, including facilitating the merger of both Franklin Infrastructure and Franklin Highway Services.

Marc brings 16 years’ experience in the Construction Industry working on various major infrastructure projects throughout the UK including Hinkley Point C nuclear power station, Springhead bridge and Peters Village bridge.
Marc has developed the skills required to take him to his current position as Contracts manager within DJ Civils.
With a strong belief in quality and safe behaviour, Marc strives to ensure quality and safety are at the fore front of DJ Civils.

Craig is a works manager for DJ Civils, he has 14 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started as a chainman at the age of 16 and has been progressing through his roles since.
Craig has a very strong attitude to health and safety, ensuring quality is to an exceptional standard.
A few of his previous projects are Dover Docks, Moorgate Shaft, Blackwall Tunnel Refurb, Tower Bridge, Kidbrooke Village and Rochester Riverside.

Aiden has 12 years’ experience working in civil engineering, progressing through several roles, joining DJ Civils as Project Manager in 2020.
Previously, Aiden has been involved with some high profiled projects in and around the London and Kent region including, but not exclusive to, Moorgate Shaft, Blackwall Tunnel, Tower Bridge, Hackney Wick and Peters Village Bridge.
His main duties include implementing, control and quality of projects ensuring they are delivered to the highest quality.

Huey has 17 years of experience in the construction industry starting as a labourer after school, progressing to a supervisor over the years, and then stepping up to a site manager 7 years ago.
He has worked on many projects for companies including Whitbread, Wetherspoons, Mitchel and Butler, Nando’s, Care U.K, and Marston Brewery.
Huey prides himself in delivering the project on time and to a high standard.

Peter is a site supervisor with 4 years’ experience working in civil engineering before recently joining DJ Civils in 2021.
Prior to this, Peter had 10 years of experience project managing professional sailing teams across the globe, developing several transferable skills which he now applies in his role as site supervisor.

Hannah is the Office Manager at DJ Civils.
Hannah has worked in management for 6 years and has experience with customer service and design.
Hannah has been involved in the growth and involvement of the site teams within DJ Civils including recruitment, training and HR processes.

Beau is our site engineer at DJ Civils where he has utilised skills learnt in college such as CAD.
Beau is highly motivated and a skilled hard worker with a diverse range of work experience in the construction and built environment industry.
For the last 3 years, Beau has worked independently as the main engineer on two job sites completing setting out duties, materials call off, ordering of materials, documentation of RFI’s and As-builts, and following and assisting with the program of works experience using a top con EDM robotic.

Oliver heads up our procurement department and joined DJ Civils in January 2021.
Oliver deals with the day-to-day task of hiring and purchasing which keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Oliver has strong customer service skills which enables the development of strong customer relationships.

Sam is an office assistant and procurement assistant at DJ Civils.
Sam has worked for various construction companies over a 19 year period and has experience of working on sites and in offices.
Sam holds a NVQ in purchasing, business management and administration.

Stacey is the Contracts Administrator and joined DJ Civils in February 2019. Stacey’s role has developed over the years.
She now manages the company accounts, as well as her day-to-day administrative tasks.
Stacey has strong analytical and organisational skills which is key to her role.

Chris is a Site Manager here at DJ Civils. Chris served in HM Royal Marines for seven years and Civil Service for five years.
This has given him many transferable skills. Chris also has five years experience in the rail industry.
Some of his notable works include Construction Supervisor at Kidbrooke Phase 2 and Springhead Bridge as well as other various work sites.

He prides himself in quality of work and always hitting deadlines whilst maintaining high levels of safety in all aspects of works.
The highlight of his supervision career so far is leading a team on the central reservation of the M23, installing deep drainage and road formations.

Terry spent 4 years in the military as a royal marine commando which brings over many transferable skills.
He has worked on some Major projects including, Dover Docks Berth 8 & 9, Swale Crossing and the Boston Barrier.

Stuart helps with the running of our largest site, Eastern Quarry.
Stuart specialises in Internal and External drainage and is an advocate for Health and Safety.

He holds a Level 3 national extended diploma in general engineering and is now working towards his HNC level 4 in Construction and the build environment.
Kian has 1.5 years as a groundworker, specialising in footings, shallow drainage, finishings and forming roads.
He has much experience with using CAD and has completed work experience at a structural engineering company.
